Big Sphynx
FAQ
Frequestly Asked Questions
Are Sphynx cats 100% hypoallergenic?
Not completely. Sphynx cats aren’t 100% hypoallergenic, but many people with allergies to furry cats find them more tolerable. Their lack of fur reduces common allergens, though sensitivity varies by individual.
Is it possible for me to come by your cattery?
Since this is our home, all visits require prior scheduling. Guests are welcome once the kittens have received their initial vaccinations at 8 weeks old.
When will my kitten be ready to come home?
Kittens are usually ready to join their new families around 12 weeks old.
Deposit
Our policy is ‘Available until Deposit Received.’ While we’ll do our best to reserve your chosen kitten, availability isn’t guaranteed without a deposit. A $500 non-refundable deposit can be sent via PayPal.
Payment
Once the deposit is received, the remaining balance must be paid at pick-up in cash or settled via PayPal at least 10 days in advance.
Shipping
Yes, we ship kittens anywhere in the U.S.! The $375 fee includes everything—health certificate from the vet, airline charges, and a cozy cat carrier. Kittens travel by cargo, and if your kitten’s flying solo, the rest of the payment should be settled two weeks before they’re ready to go (usually at 16 weeks, as airlines require).
Declawing
Our contract of sale strictly prohibits declawing our cats.
Breeding rights
Our kittens are sold exclusively as pets.
